Return and Exchange Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your Nivada Grenchen purchase. Should you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team within 15 calendar days of receiving your order.
This policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly from the official Nivada Grenchen website. Products purchased from an authorised retailer must be returned directly to that retailer and are subject to the retailer’s own return policy and procedures.

Before returning your product
Before shipping any return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team and provide:
Your order number;
The product you wish to return or exchange; and
The reason for your request.
Please wait until you receive confirmation and return instructions from our team. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted or processed.

Condition of returned products
Products must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition and packaging, with all original tags, protective films, accessories, warranty documents and other included materials.
An item may only be exchanged once.
All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. If a product shows scratches, signs of wear, contamination, damaged or bent straps, missing accessories or any other alteration from its original condition, the return may be refused or a partial refund may be applied following assessment by our specialists.

Return options
For an eligible return, you may choose:
A refund to the original payment method; or
Store credit for the value of the eligible returned product.

Exchange options
For an eligible exchange, you may choose:
A different available product of the same value; or
Store credit for the value of the eligible returned product.

Return and exchange shipping costs
Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless our Customer Service team confirms that the return is due to a product quality issue.
Please do not ship a product before receiving return instructions from our Customer Service team.
