Nivada Grenchen offers free international shipping via trusted third-party logistics partners depending on your location.

Orders are typically processed within 7–14 business days before shipment. In some cases, products may first be transferred to our US or EU logistics facilities before final delivery to the customer, which is included within this processing timeframe.

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from the courier with your tracking information.

Please note that shipping times indicated by the courier do not include customs clearance, which may vary depending on the destination country.

This processing timeframe does not apply to pre-orders, which follow the delivery timelines specified on the product page.
