Shipping and Delivery

Every Nivada Grenchen order ships with tracking. Shipping is free on orders from US$200.

When will my order arrive?

• All countries: delivered in 10 to 15 business days.
• Pre-orders: ship on the date shown on the product page.

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Will I have to pay duties or taxes on delivery?

• United States, European Union, United Kingdom, Australia and Singapore: duties and import taxes are included. You have nothing to pay on delivery. In the United States, sales tax is calculated at checkout.
• Switzerland: your order ships from our Swiss warehouse. No import duties apply.
• All other countries, including Canada, Mexico and the United Arab Emirates: import duties, taxes and the carrier's clearance fees are not included in the price. They are collected by the carrier on delivery. The amount depends on your country's rules; your local customs office can tell you more.

Customs procedures can occasionally delay a delivery.
