The Super Antarctic is back – a faithful reissue of one of Nivada Grenchen’s most iconic watches, now updated for today with modern craftsmanship while keeping its vintage soul intact.

Housed in a 38mm stainless steel case with a double-domed sapphire crystal, this timepiece blends rugged reliability with elegance. The matte black dial, luminous silver indexes, and polished hands ensure outstanding legibility, while the engraved caseback with its legendary gold medallion pays tribute to its heritage.

Powered by the Swiss Soprod P024 automatic movement with a 38-hour power reserve, the Super Antarctic is built to accompany you everywhere – from city streets to outdoor adventures – with 100m water resistance and a choice of classic leather straps, Tropic rubber, or the iconic “Beads of Rice” bracelet.

A true classic reborn, the Super Antarctic embodies the spirit of exploration with a contemporary edge.

This Super Antarctic reissue also started on Instagram, following a post of one of our great followers who had the great idea to share his vintage timepiece with us. We shared it in the stories and got so many messages that we knew it was our mission to make it again with the same original spirit and guts. But with modern standards (Sapphire Glass) and Swiss automatic movement (Soprod P024) with screw-down crown offering a 10 ATM water resistance.

The Super Antarctic is a faithful reedition of the vintage one with a matte black dial and three Swiss Superlumiova options, cream, white and green. Diameter is contained to 38 mm and lugs to lugs to 45 mm with a great thickness of 11,1 mm. You will notice the legendary gold medallion on the caseback
