Singer Paul Newman
The Singer Paul Newman dial for the Chronomaster collection is a noteworthy addition that echoes the legacy of vintage watches equipped with the Valjoux 23 movement. Traditionally reserved for this movement, this iconic dial makes its debut in the Chronomaster collection. The distinct fonts, inherited from the SINGER design, have been meticulously recreated for this reissue. With only 50 pieces initially produced, this dial, often associated with the classic Paul Newman aesthetic, sold out in a record 24 hours, confirming its highly coveted status among vintage watch aficionados.
Broad Arrow
The revival of the Chronomaster Aviator Sea Diver (CASD) in 2019 played a crucial role in Nivada Grenchen’s resurgence. This iconic model helped the brand reclaim a prime spot in the watchmaking world. The CASD Broad Arrow is renowned for its emblematic dial, which dates back to the 1960s. The «broad arrow» hour hand, coated with egg-shell Super-LumiNova®, glides across the matte black dial. The luminescent egg-shell indices enhance readability and contribute to the watch’s vintage aesthetic while ensuring excellent visibility. These details make the CASD Broad Arrow a cherished timepiece among vintage watch enthusiasts and collectors, who regard it as a faithful reissue of a classic design with modern reliability.

Landeron
Mechanical Movement
Another new feature is that Nivada Grenchen’s Chronomaster models are now equipped with a Landeron movement, a nod to the brand’s history. Landeron, once a historic supplier of movements for Nivada, regains its rightful place in these new editions. This return to roots is highlighted by the integration of a sapphire case back, allowing wearers to admire the mechanism in action.

The 1970s have never been hotter, with their vibrant colors, distinctive materials, and pop design. For this reissue, Nivada Grenchen drew inspiration from an iconic vintage dial from that decade. Positioned at 12 o’clock on the textured black dial is a unique stylized «N» monogram that immediately catches the eye. Three sub-dials at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock indicate chronograph hours, small seconds, and chronograph minutes, respectively. These sub-dials, with their matte finish and embossed print, add a sophisticated depth to the dial. The embossed baton indices, printed in bright orange and accented with a touch of cream Super- LumiNova®, are simply stunning. The black textured dial background highlights the central chronograph hand, which also in orange, moves smoothly and elegantly.
Tachymeter Bezels
Five monochrome steel bezels, each with a tachymeter scale, offered in vibrant colors such as blue, orange, red, and black. These bezels are available for the Chronoking model.

GMT Bezels
A collection of five bi-color bezels with plexiglass inserts, available in black and orange, gray, pink, blue, or green. The names of cities (Azores, Greenwich, Paris, Cairo, Istanbul, Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago, New York, San Juan, Brisbane) are engraved with white Super-LumiNova®. These bezels are compatible with the Chronoking model
